Daniel Calegari established Barwind Corporation in Manchester in 1988 after the original Barwind founded in Western Massachusetts in 1957. The original Barwind was founded by Dan's father, Joseph Calegari along with partner Bill Mann. The name Barwind is a combination of the first 3 letters of the names Barbara Mann and Winifred Calegari, the wives of Joseph and Bill.

Barwind is now celebrating 51 years of continuous business and has sold over $20 million of energy efficient home improvement products and services. Dan has been married to his wife, Elizabeth for 15 years, and is the father of 2 sons, Ben and Joseph.

Mike Young

Mike Young has been installing windows for 20 years and has been a Barwind Corporation Associate for 15 years. He has installed more than 30,000 windows in New Hampshire. Mike specializes in bay and bow windows as well as large commercial work. He is the father of two sons.

Bob Healy

Bob Healy is a life time building contractor. He has been with Barwind Corporation for 15 years as a Sales Associate. Bob has been married for 45 years and is the father of 3 and grandfather of 5.
